In this step, we will calculate your calories and macronutrients so you know how much you need to eat and the things you should be eating. Plus, a health tracker to help you to stay focus.
EXERCISE:
We are going to work with progressive overloading and HIIT. You will increase the intensity using more weight throughout the training program. This will increase your strength and muscle size.
This program is divided into 4-week blocks with 4 days of training each week. Each block is more intense and challenges you in different ways. So, be sure that you aren't skipping any weeks. Work through it and trust the process!
