EXERCISE:

The trick behind this program is the use of progressive overloading. You will increase the intensity doing more reps and more sets throughout the training program. This will increase your strength and muscle size.

This program is divided into 4-week blocks with 4 days of training each week. Each block is more intense and challenges you in different ways. So, be sure that you aren't skipping any weeks. Work through it and trust the process!
