Start with a package of 8 training sessions! Booking a package of sessions in advance will motivate you to be consistent in your training and to be able to see fast results! You can book the first session now and then decide with me what schedule works best for you! What is HIIT? HIIT is a type of High-Intensity Interval training exercise. This means that we will workout with several rounds alternating between several minutes of high intensity movements to increase the heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. HIIT workouts are extremely effective for weight loss. When trying to lose weight, you want to burn fat and build lean muscle. HIIT forces your body to use energy from fat as opposed to carbs. This makes losing fat more efficiently. If you want to see fast results, this program is perfect for you!
