Service Description
Post partum recovery training will provide you with all the tools to fully recover from pregnancy & emerge stronger! It's time to feel YOU again! It's generally recommended to wait until after your six-week postnatal checkup to start exercise again focusing on low-impact activities and gradually increasing intensity. Postpartum exercise offers many benefits such as improved mood and reduced stress, better sleep, and increased energy, as well as helping with weight management and strengthening core and pelvic floor muscles. It can also help prevent or reduce the severity of postpartum depression and anxiety. We will center on a specific core recovery protocol, strength training, safe return to impact & high-intensity and post partum mental health coaching. We will work on: -Neutral Alignment -Core recovery and breathing techniques -Common pains & injuries -Fundamental moves & Parenthood ADL -Strength training & HIIT -Speed & Impact workouts -Goal specific stresses -Mental health coaching -Nutrition Guidance Locations: Client's home: $60 ( transportation fee may apply) Zoom: $60 Private Gym: $85 (Burbank)
