Service Description

Prenatal training will provide you with all the tools to prepare yourself for the Big Day. There is evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in later pregnancy and labor. OB-GYN providers recommend 150 minutes of moderate activity each week during pregnancy. It is SAFE to workout during pregnancy and HEALTHY for you AND your baby. Exercise during pregnancy benefits both the mother and the baby by helping to manage weight gain, reducing the risk of complications like gestational diabetes and preeclampsia, and improving mood, sleep, and stamina. It can also lead to a shorter, easier labor and faster postpartum recovery. We will condition your body little by little with gentle workouts focusing in core activation, strength training and mental preparation for birth. We will work on: -Neutral Alignment -Core Activation and breathing techniques -Common pains & injuries -Fundamentals moves & Parenthood ADL -Strength training & LIIT -Mental preparation -Pushing practice -Postpartum recovery education Locations: Client's home: $60 ( transportation fee may apply) Zoom: $60 Private Gym: $85 (Burbank)
